When you schedule a tour at Sommerset Neighborhood, you will be given a personal tour of our facilities, apartments and grounds. Family members will be able to discuss specific needs and how they can best be accommodated. Level of care will be discussed. Need a second tour to refresh your memory? No problem. We will have medical staff available who will be able to assess new residents to determine exactly what level of care will best suit your needs.
